Little Saints is a toddler group.
It runs during term time on Mondays from 2.15-3.30, for any child up to the age of 5.
The sessions usually begin with a craft activity which is related to the (short) bible story that will be the theme for that day.
We have our resident teddy
called Jack who welcomes
the children and he has
friends called Abraham and
There is always a welcome song, followed by child friendly prayers and hymns. We say The Peace with two teddies and then the children dance around the church making lots of noise with the instruments!
The children are offered juice and a biscuit and parents and carers can chat and network with a hot drink and biscuit.
There is no charge for attending Little Saints however we do have a collection during the session but any contribution is voluntary. We do it this way so that the children can begin to understand the importance of giving.
All the money that is raised by Little Saints goes directly back to the children through buying the materials and resources for their crafts, or for those all important birthday gifts, Easter treats, Christmas presents and, eventually, a leaver's gift.
